- Returns/refunds requests will be subject to checking and wetting by Lotus Cleaner.
- Returns/Refunds acceptance by Lotus Cleaner will be intimated via email provided by the customer.
- Then, since Lotus Cleaner is not charging any shipping/transportation charges, the product has to be shipped/transported back to Lotus Cleaner' premises at customer's own cost.
- The product so returned should contain not less than the original content minus 100 gms.
- On receipt of the product by Lotus Cleaner, the refunds will be made to the Bank account provided by the customer in 7 to 15 days from the date of receipt of the product by Lotus Cleaner.
