Q : Do we deliver in your area?

Yes, we deliver to the entire country

Q : What are delivery options?

Currently we have home delivery and Click & Collect service at our stores.
 

Q : Is there any delivery fee?

For home delivery, the standard delivery is 7 dinars per order.

For orders valued over than 50 dinars, the delivery is free of charge per order

 

Q : What is the delivery estimated time?

If you place your order before noon Tunisia time you order will be packed and shipped the same day, 48 to 72 hours are expected to receive your order.

Lotus Cleaner  is not responsible for and cannot accept exchange or return of opened/used products once delivered.

Lotus Cleaner takes utmost care to provide best quality products and best shopping experience.

In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we offer refund of the product's base value under following conditions:

  • The issue has to be reported to customer care via mail to our email address within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The customer care will assist you via mail in this regard.

  • Damages due to negligence, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.

  • Returns/refunds requests will be subject to checking and wetting by Lotus Cleaner.

  • Returns/Refunds acceptance by Lotus Cleaner will be intimated via email provided by the customer.

  • Then, since Lotus Cleaner is not charging any shipping/transportation charges, the product has to be shipped/transported back to Lotus Cleaner' premises at customer's own cost.

  • The product so returned should contain not less than the original content minus 100 gms.

  • On receipt of the product by Lotus Cleaner, the refunds will be made to the Bank account provided by the customer in 7 to 15 days from the date of receipt of the product by Lotus Cleaner.
